5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Since our metal posters are custom-made and printed on order, returns are generally not accepted except in the following cases:
- Damaged product during delivery
- Incorrect product shipped
- Product received in a damaged condition during delivery
- An incorrect product was shipped
- To claim a return or replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear unboxing video of the package (showing the parcel opening from the beginning without cuts/edits) as proof of damage or wrong item
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
- After verification, we will either replace the product or initiate a refund (as applicable). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
